PR-planning and communication strategies
PR strategy is the basis of any effective communication. It describes the communication process, starting from setting the communication goal of the organization, including the analysis of PR-activity or reputation audit for the previous period and evaluates the company's reputation. A communications strategy includes main messages and describes communication tactics to achieve goals. The strategy also includes a clear PR plan, PR budgets and costs, and evaluations of the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
We have experience in developing strategies from scratch and adapting global strategies to work in the local market. We also use scenario planning for companies whose markets are in a turbulent zone. Anti-crisis PR
The anti-crisis PR plan includes work in 3 directions:
1. Development, localization and up-date anti-crisis strategies for companies and enterprises that do not want to be in a crisis situation or want to reduce the consequences of the crisis to a minimum.
2. Work with companies that have already found themselves in crisis and seek to minimize the consequences.
3 Anti-crisis training for fast and effective work during the crisis.
Certainly, with the smallest losses of their crisis (in which about 70 % of the companies get according to the statistics) leave those who are preparing for possible crisis.
In order to develop anti-crisis strategies, we analyze all possible crises, classify them according to the probability of occurrence and possible damage, and develop a plan of action in case of occurrence of each of them. And then we prepare a team that will work in a crisis situation.
If the Client who already in a crisis situation addresses to us, we collect a command of the most skilled experts and we create a crisis staff of the client from the employees and we solve current problems. For one of the crisis solved by us for Hipp Ukraine we received gold for the best anti-crisis communication in Europe at Excellence Awards.
Internal communications
Building an internal communications system allows companies to win the competition for talents, motivate employees, ensuring their efficiency, loyalty and involvement. We consider internal communications to be in addition to the external communications of the organization, which form a general system. And it is crucial that both external and internal communications complement and reinforce each other.

Media communications

We develop topics and prepare content that allows us to appear in the media with key messages from companies and not be boring corporate booklets or advertisements. We work with the media primarily on the basis of mutual interest in speakers and info guides and this allows us to get free articles in the media or do cool special projects that you want to read. For example, we made a project for Epson company. Five cameras and a dozen of other media arrived to this event free and covered more than 10 million people.
Press events and special projects with media
Press events are only effective when there is a strong info guide. We know how to create such an info guide and organize such events, which come dozens of journalists and go hundreds of free articles and publications.
Within the limits of preparation of press actions (press briefings, press conferences, press breakfasts, round tables, the organisation of dialogue with representatives of mass media at actions of clients, etc.) we prepare all press materials (press announcements, press releases, information and biographical references for mass media, form a full press-kit), invite journalists, conduct media training for speakers, recommend and organize location and equipment, work with journalists during and after the event, provide them with everything necessary for the release of free PR articles.
The most effective are communications, if the client sets us a task not in the format of a tool (namely, events), but in the format of the task - "to promote the product", "raise the topic in the mass media", "to organize discussions by opinion leaders", and we in turn develop a campaign and offer PR-tactics, which solves such a task most successfully.
We have experience in holding more than 100 press events of any format - from press breakfasts to conferences, from round tables for government agencies and non-governmental organizations to international press tours and chamber dinners for top media.
